Produced entirely on the Husk estate in Australia , this pure sugarcane juice rum is made from the Q240 sugarcane variety.
Its distillation is carried out in a Forsyth hybrid still , combining the characteristics of a traditional pot still and a distillation column, in order to preserve all the aromatic richness of the raw material.
