Isautier Blanc Agent Double 01 is a blend of agricultural rum and molasses rum created by Isautier. This distillery is capable of producing both types of rum.
This Agent Double 01 edition is a blend composed of 65% agricultural rum and 35% traditional molasses rum. These rums are assembled raw from the column at 71.1° and 89° respectively, then slowly reduced to 55° in the tropical climate of Reunion.
