Isautier Blanc Agent Double 02 is the second blend in this series created by Isautier. With this cuvée, the house demonstrates its great expertise in distillation. Indeed, it is capable of producing both rhum agricole and rhum de mélasse.
This second edition is a blend which is the opposite of the first version. It is composed of 35% agricultural rum and 65% traditional molasses rum.
These two batches of rums were assembled raw from columns at 71.1° and 89° respectively, then slowly reduced to 55°.
