Isautier Blanc Agent Double 02 is the second blend in this series created by Isautier. With this cuvée, the house demonstrates its great expertise in distillation. Indeed, it is capable of producing both rhum agricole and rhum de mélasse.

This second edition is a blend that is the opposite of the first version. It is composed of 35% rhum agricole and 65% rhum traditionnel de mélasse.
These two batches of rums have been blended brut de colonnes at 71.1° and 89° respectively, then slowly reduced to 55°.
