Island Signature Tierra Madre Guatemala is a creation by the French team at Odevie Spirits. This cuvée pays tribute to the generosity of Guatemalan nature, personified by Mother Nature, "la tierra madre". Indeed, its volcanic soils are particularly well-suited to the cultivation of providential sugarcane, rich in sugar.
This molasses rum was distilled in columns, then slowly aged in the heights of the altiplano.
