We were able to get our hands on this last batch of bottles signed one by one by Éric. Here's a perfect gift at the same price as the unsigned version, of course. Éric has indicated that he will no longer be producing signed batches. In addition, future bottles produced will no longer bear the name “Éric Judor.” So enjoy these last collector's bottles!
Jus d'Or was born from the collaboration between the young Guadeloupean company CANE and the French actor, director, screenwriter and comedian Éric Judor.
Jus d'Or is a delicious blend combining the power of agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, the acidity of passion fruit, the generosity of vanilla, the freshness of lime and the sweetness of orgeat. It is made from a maracuja puree, a homemade vanilla syrup, orgeat syrup, agricultural rum and lime.
Bottled at 26% alcohol with passion fruit seeds and half a vanilla pod, here is a warm and gourmet cocktail to share the exotic flavors of the Antilles, with of course a touch of humor. The name “Jus d'Or” is both a play on words with Eric's last name “Judor” and the golden color of the cocktail. The shape of the label is a reproduction of the shape of his skull and ears!
Please note :
- Here's a short video showing Eric signing a few bottles. (For this second and final batch, Eric signed the labels in white because signing directly on the glass was likely to rub off.)
- The 5 centiliter sample you can add to your cart from this page is not a miniature bottle but a "neutral" bottle that our logistics team fills themselves. It's made for tasting, not collecting :). Furthermore, it is not signed, unlike the bottle.
- Jus d'Or is also available in the 4.5 liter Réhoboam format (some bottles available).

Nico's tasting notes
The nose is a big whiff of exotic fruits, the passion fruit splashing the whole with its bright and sunny character. The rum does not hide, we feel its power in the middle of it all, and the whole contributes to this feeling of instant travel to the Antilles.
The palate is lively and tangy, with a good touch of citrus that transports us more into the world of cocktails than punch. The rum is still there to support the whole; it is balanced by a certain sweetness, without being really sweet, the balance is there and the next sip is inevitable!
