This refined cocktail combines the intensity of Guadeloupe agricultural rum with the sparkling acidity of passion fruit, the roundness of vanilla, the tangy freshness of lime, and the sweetness of orgeat. Its recipe is based on passion fruit puree, artisanal vanilla syrup, orgeat syrup, agricultural rum, and lime juice.
Bottled at 26% alcohol, it is distinguished by the presence of real passion seeds and half a vanilla pod, offering an exotic, generous and convivial drink. The name “Jus d'Or” plays on a double meaning: a nod to Éric Judor's surname and the golden hue of this sunny beverage. As for the label, it humorously reproduces the silhouette of his skull and ears.
