Koloa Hawaii Coconut is made from white rum produced by the Koloa Rum Company on the island of Kaua'i. It is blended with natural coconut flavors from local agriculture.
The rum which serves as a base comes from a double distillation in a copper still. It comes out at 80° before being reduced with water from Mount Waialeale. This rum benefits from an exceptional terroir and a very humid climate.
