Koloa Hawaii Coffee is made from pure cane sugar. It is distilled in a copper steam still, then reduced with filtered water from Mount Waialeale.
The rum is then cold-brewed with coffee. The coffee is specially roasted and ground to create this liqueur. Sugar cane syrup is added to the recipe.
This rum is a collaboration between Kauaʻi Coffee Company and Koloa Rum Company.
