Koloa Hawaii Spice is made from white rum produced by the Koloa Rum Company. It's a spiced rum from the island of Kaua'i in the Hawaiian archipelago.
The base rum is distilled twice in a copper still. Caramelized sugar and a blend of spices are then added.
The whole is reduced with Mount Waialeale water to 44°.
