Kopke Fine White is a white port made from a blend of different wines aged at least 3 years.
This port comes from traditional Douro grape varieties including: Malvasia Fina, Moscatel Galego, Gouveio and Rabigato. These are picked by hand, destemmed and then crushed.
A short maceration and fermentation follow in stainless steel tanks. A grape brandy is then added to stop the fermentation.
The wines are aged both in stainless steel vats and in wood.
