Kopke Fine Ruby is a port aged at least 3 years. Ruby ports are aged in large containers which help limit oxidation.
It is made in the same way as Kopke Fine White. The red grape varieties used are the traditional Douro varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Cão and Tinta Roriz.
The residual sugar level of this port is 102 g/L.
