Pear and Java long pepper are the ingredients of this "Signatures" creation from the Fabrique de l'Arrangé. This collection brings together recipes, each more gourmet and original than the last.
The AOC Martinique white agricultural rum on which this creation is based was matured in oak barrels from the Rousseau cooperage. It was then macerated with dried pears and Java long pepper.
This rhum arrangé has not been filtered before bottling to avoid altering the final product.
