This Cocoa Bean Arrangement is made by the La Mauny house located north of Rivière-Pilote.
It is produced from an agricultural white rum and a maceration of cocoa beans for several weeks.
Chilled or at room temperature, we recommend it both as an aperitif and as a digestive.
Its deliciousness can be combined wonderfully with a fruity dessert for example.
