La Mauny Honey is a creation of Maison La Mauny developed in collaboration with the company Le Miel Sauvage.
The latter selects rare honeys from around the world.
The rum is here infused with honey then matured in oak casks before bottling.
You can enjoy it neat on ice or in a cocktail. On the label you will find 4 cocktail recipes like the Ti Honey for example.
Here is the recipe to make in a Ti'Punch glass:
- Add a wedge of lime and a slice of orange,
- Crush everything with a pestle,
- Add 5cl of La Mauny Honey,
- Complete with a few ice cubes.
