Labourdonnais Amelia Rum is a young artisanal rum from Mauritius, made from pure cane juice.
It is first aged for 2 years in Ruby Port casks, then infused with vanilla from the estate's own plantation. The beans are of the rare tahitensis variety, prized by many top chefs.
