Labourdonnais Fusion Lemongrass is an agricultural rum produced by the Labourdonnais distillery in Mauritius. Lemongrass grown on the estate is macerated in this pure cane juice rum.
Laurent's tasting notes
Its color is coppery.
The nose is unmistakably lemongrass-scented. However, it also has a roasted, chocolatey feel, as well as very light earthy and vanilla aromas.
Very sweet on the palate, with lemongrass dominating. Chocolate makes only a timid appearance.
The finish is long and unsurprisingly lemony.
