Made from pure sugarcane juice , this rum is produced in Mauritius . Distilled in 2017 , it was aged for 5 years in a cask that previously held Ruby Port , giving it a beautiful aromatic richness.
Bottled without filtration to preserve its full authenticity, it is offered in a limited edition of only 494 bottles.
