Crafted in the heart of the Charente region by Philippe Laclie, founder of the Bercloux Distillery , this 100% French artisanal gin is made with organically grown ingredients. Its original recipe combines a selection of botanicals and spices, some of which are quite unusual: juniper berries, coriander, yuzu , Timur berries, spirulina , mandarin, ginger, and cinnamon.
Carefully distilled in a Stupfler still , it then benefits from a two-month rest in stainless steel tanks, allowing its aromas to fully harmonize.
A benchmark among organic gins, it was awarded the gold medal in the "Organic" category at The Gin Masters 2023 and 2025, as well as a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021.
