Maca Spiced Rum Oloroso Finish is the brainchild of Michaël Landart, owner of Maria Loca in Paris. This spiced rum was born of a desire to dust off the style by offering a fine, elaborate product. The white rum comes from Gray's distillery inMauritius, and has been macerated withfresh spices, with no additions other than a little sugar.
This version has also been finished for 16 months in Oloroso sherry ex-fût. This makes it a true tasting rum.
