MacNair's Panama is a rum that has passed through the hands of the renowned Master Blender at Scotland's GlenAllachie distillery.
So it was Billy Walker who went in search of the finest Panamanian rums. He unearthed a spirit aged in American oak barrels in the tropics.
This rum was transferred to Speyside, where it was matured in red wine, virgin oak and old bourbon casks.
Finally, it has been bottled after a total of 7 years ageing. It has a natural color and has not been chill-filtered.
