Yoann's tasting notes
The nose of this planter, unsurprisingly, is a real fruit salad. A multitude of tropical fruits are present. What stands out most is the juicy, sun-drenched orange. After this fruity sweetness, comes the cane with its fresh, vegetal side. A few spices are also present.
On the palate, the planteur releases its fruity flavors. There's ripe pineapple, juicy orange and a hint of acidity from what seems to be a maracuja. This combination of fruits transports us directly to the West Indies. Sugar cane is also present after this initial fruity assault. Round, pleasant notes are sprinkled with freshness.
The finish is carried by notes of Montebello white rum. Fresh pepper settles in, coated with fruit juices.
