Sourced exclusively from the Clos Godinot plot, located in Le Carbet at an altitude of 245 meters, this Martinique AOC agricultural rum expresses all the richness of an exceptional terroir. Grown on a 35° slope and benefiting from significant temperature variations, the sugarcane develops a high concentration of sugars and aromas.
Made from pure cane juice fermented for 119 hours and then column-distilled , it is bottled at 52.5% ABV. This rum reveals a rich, complex, and intensely fruity profile, enhanced by a lovely freshness.
Its deep blue bottle, adorned with an original creation by street artist Cyril Kongo , gives this partial expression a contemporary artistic signature, faithful to the spirit and identity of DEKOLAJ .
