This wood-aged Neisson Mizunara rum is presented here in its second edition.
The Martinique-based distillery has created a maturing process based on Japanese "Mizunara" oak casks. These casks have a unique aromatic signature. This type of aging is still quite rare and confidential in the rum world, not least because of the price of the barrels.
Maturation took place in 5 new 250-liter barrels.
