For several years, the Neisson distillery has owned 5 250-litre barrels made of Japanese oak, also called Mizunara. These rare barrels are still relatively unknown in the world of rum because of their high price.
After two successful first batches, Neisson now offers an organic version of its “wood-aged” vintage, aged entirely in one of these barrels.
This is therefore an AOC Martinique agricultural rum. This vintage is the result of bottling a single cask. This single cask produced around 480 copies.
