New Grove Savoir Faire Whisky Rozelieures Finish is a molasses rum from one of the oldest active distilleries in Mauritius: Grays.
This rum, distilled in 2013, spent 7 years aging in French oak barrels. It was then finished for a further year in ex-French peated whisky casks from Rozelieures, a distillery based in Lorraine.
A total of 1,500 numbered bottles were bottled, without the addition of additives or cold filtration.
