Nine Leaves Angel's Half Fûts de Chêne Français is a Japanese rum, distilled from unrefined sugar. The distillery's inimitable handyman, Yoshiharu Takeuchi, selected this raw material from the Okinawa region, combined with the purest water from Shiga prefecture.
After double pot-still distillation, the rum was placed in French oak barrels, where it matured for 6 months.
