Oaks & Âmes VSOP is a pure cane juice aged rum produced on the island of Mauritius .
It has benefited from 5 years of aging in ex-bourbon, ex-white wine, ex-whisky, ex-port and ex-moscatel casks .
The variety of barrels used, as well as the long fermentation ( 10 days ), offer a very unique aromatic profile.
