Ouiski by Hepp "Expression Tourbé" is produced by slow double distillation at the Hepp distillery in Alsace. This process produces a whisky of great aromatic quality.
The Master Distiller selects peat from Scotland. Aging takes place in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks over a period of around 40 months.
The winery is located in Uberach and has no fewer than 1,000 barrels.
