Château Des Creissauds 2018 pastis comes exclusively from fresh plants grown without pesticides, and wild plants: fennel, verbena, lemongrass, thyme, rosemary, licorice, aniseed...
Harvesting takes place between April and October, followed by over a year of maceration and aging in oak tuns before bottling.
Pauline's tasting notes
Aniseed and licorice on the nose, with a hint of camphor.
The palate is creamy, yet fresh. Licorice predominates.
The finish is slightly woody.
