The Château des Creissauds 2023 edition Fleurs pastis follows the 2021 edition which appealed to anise lovers.
This pastis is made with a majority of fresh flowers. They are picked in Provence and at the Château des Creissauds estate. It is produced in a limited edition of only 900 bottles.
The plants are macerated immediately after picking. This technique allows you to maximize the aromas.
In the composition we find for example: elderflowers, rosemary, noble laurel, linden, immortelle, meadowsweet and lavender.
There is also a minority of dried flowers in the composition of this vintage.
