This cuvée of Plantation Black Cask rum is a blend of molasses rums distilled in Barbados and Cuba.
The rum is aged twice:
- an initial maturing period of several years in the distillery's own cellars, in 200-litre American white oak barrels
- a second maturation in heavily toasted oak barrels in southwestern France.
