Blood Orange Gin by Prohibition Liquor Co is produced in South Australia. It is mainly made from the zest of blood oranges, lemons and mandarins from the Riverland.
Cinnamon, myrtle, chamomile and leaves of an Australian plant called “strawberry gum” complete the recipe. The leaves of this eucalyptus develop aromas of red fruits, particularly strawberries.
Produced in small batches, this is the 2022 edition.
