This rhum arrangé, made near Nantes from AOC rum from Martinique, combines Carambole, the exotic star-shaped fruit, with passion fruit.

Her dress is straw.
On the nose, the aromas are subtle. Passion fruit is present, while star fruit adds a vegetal touch.
On the palate, the attack is very smooth and the sweetness/alcohol balance is very well executed. The first impression is of carambola, followed by passion fruit.
The finish is dominated by carambola.
