Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: floral and overripe fruit aromas rise from the glass, mango and pineapple, jackfruit, milky notes.
As you get closer, the milky notes become more intense, you find fruit pits, and a fresh side reminiscent of camphor is also present.
Over time, the pineapple grows in size until it partially overshadows other fruits.
On the palate: the attack is frank but quite fluid, with an explosion of fruit, jackfruit takes the lead accompanied by white pepper before overripe pineapple takes over, it is present with its slightly bitter green skin which brings another dimension to the rum.
The finish: the milky aromas of the long fermentation remain in the mouth, halfway between bitter and sweet.
