Roku is a gin produced in Japan by Suntory.
The recipe includes traditional ingredients such as juniper, orange peel, lemon zest, coriander and cinnamon. However, this gin is infused with a selection of botanicals representing the four seasons:
- Leaves and sakura flower for spring,
- sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer,
- sansho pepper for autumn,
- yuzu zest for winter.
