Rosemont blueberry cream is made exclusively with blueberries from Quebec.
The blueberry is a small, iconic fruit of Quebec, similar to the bilberry we know. Its flesh is white and its taste is slightly less sweet than that of the blueberry.
We recommend using this cornflower cream in your cocktails, to make your kirs or even as a dessert, on a scoop of ice cream for example.
