Rosemont Rosastère is a herbal liqueur developed by the Montreal distillery. This recipe is the result of a collaboration between Antoine Crête, chef and co-owner of the Montreal Plaza restaurant, and Lilian Wolfelsberger, the distillery's distiller.
Rosastère liqueur was born after three years of research and various experiments. It is composed of the finest and most aromatic plants from Quebec gardens.
The composition remains secret, but it includes no fewer than 67 plants, roots, buds, flowers and leaves, including: calendula, elderflower, valerian, wintergreen, sweet gale, sumac, etc.
The maceration was distilled in a Charente still.
