Rosemont Santa Banana is one of the most delicious creations from the Montreal distillery.
The slowly ripened bananas are coated in cane sugar and then flambéed. This is followed by a three-week maceration in Rosemont white rum. They are then puréed and distilled in a Charentais still. This unique process produces an exceptionally powerful aroma.
The distillate benefits from a final blending stage with an old rum aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
