Smoke is often present in whiskies from the Rozelieures malting farm distillery, but with its Single Malt Rozelieures Collection Fumé, the distillery increases its intensity.
Aged exclusively in ex-Fino sherry casks, Rozelieures Collection Fumé whisky has a peat content of 25 ppm. To accentuate the smokiness, the casks used are toasted to a very high temperature.

As soon as we open the bottle, smoke catches our nose. It evolves on honeyed notes. Fruit and crisp malt are soon revealed.
On the palate, a hint of coffee accompanies these gourmet fruit flavors. With smoke as a backdrop, a mellow woodiness heralds the deliciously spicy finish.
