Produced by the distillation of pure cane juice and honey, this old rum comes from the Aldea distillery. It has been aged for a total of 6 years.
Its maturation took place in the cellars of Château du Breuil in Normandy in several barrels. For this, the cellar master relied on a selection of American oak barrels, red pineau and white pineau.
