The Cellar Series 2019 rum is the2nd opus of rums aged in ex-cognac casks from the Indochine Sampan distillery.
Distilled in August 2019 from pure cane juice, it was aged for 36 months.
The rum was bottled in August 2023 after a slight reduction.
This first single batch produced 1,200 numbered bottles.
