Sampan Cellar Series is a pure sugarcane juice rum distilled in Vietnam in September 2018. This is the first aged rum that the distillery has bottled.
The cellar master chose barrels that had previously contained cognac. After 3 years of aging in a tropical climate, the barrels were unloaded in March 2022 and reduced to 47.1°.
This first single batch heralds a fine collection of aged rums from Hoi An!
