Distilled in March 2021, this aged rum of pure cane juice comes from a distillery in Vietnam. It is part of the "Cellar Series" launched by Sampan.
Bottled in August 2023, this rum was aged for 24 months in new oak barrels. The barrels are of two types. Some have undergone medium toast, others longer.
This cuvée was aged in cellars located on the beach. This high-humidity marine environment maximizes exchanges between the wood and the rum.
