Made with 5% authentic guava pulp, cane sugar and the distillery's own white rum, this punch made at Domaine Séverin is a pleasure to drink, preferably chilled.
Nico's tasting notes
In brief: sweet - guava - velvety - spicy - cane syrup
On the nose, sweet fruit juice takes control immediately. Like guava nectar, this punch seems thick and velvety. The rum and alcohol are very discreet, giving way to fruit and gourmandise.
On the palate, the punch is very sweet and surprisingly spicy. The rum is also more present, and that's not to our displeasure. The guava comes through well on the finish, with a good taste of cane sugar syrup.
