Spirit Gallery returns with some little gems, including this 10-year-old New Grove selected during a masterclass with the Rhum Club Paris.
Here is Benjamin Guthman's presentation:
“During a masterclass with the Rhum Club Paris, the New Grove team brought us some exclusive little gems straight from the cellars.
Of the 25 people present, one keg was clearly a unanimous favorite. Not a single criticism, only heads focused on glasses with broad smiles of approval.
New Grove rarely opens its cellars to independent wineries. It's therefore a true privilege to be able to offer this to you. A project by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.”
This is a cask strength whisky distilled in a column at the Grays distillery from molasses that has benefited from triple aging in new French oak casks, ex-Cognac casks and ex-Whisky casks, 100% tropical for a period of 10 years.
As usual, a 50cl bottle with coasters that reproduce the image of the case.
