Stroh 60°, like Stroh 80° , is an Inländer Rum. Produced in Klagenfurt in Austria using alcohol from sugar cane juice, it is a very popular spirit in this country.
Reduced to 60% alcohol, this version is generally used in cooking for desserts and pastries. You can also use this rum as a base for cocktails and punches.
