Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, the power impresses and keeps even the most reckless at bay. You have to be careful what you taste. Caramel reigns supreme, well colored, the sugar cooked to exhaustion and flowing into a well-packed espresso. Molasses and nuts mingle quite naturally.
In the mouth, with such power, the few drops left on the tongue evaporate extremely quickly, leaving a caramelized trace.
Add a little water: the power remains impressive, but more nuts can be discerned. Caramel remains omnipresent, with very round molasses in the background.
"This typically Austrian drink is designed to be diluted in cocktails and used in culinary preparations..."
