Territory is a brand of “dry spiced rum”. This new category of spirits is inspired by the world of gin.
It is a macerated rum then re-distilled in the style of a London Dry Gin.
For this expression called Cabo Verde, the maceration is done with orange zest, pink berries, passion fruit and coriander.
The cane brandy serving as the basis for this spirit is none other than a Cape Verde grogue.
Distillation is carried out by Guillaume Ferroni.
