Located on the Isle of Skye, the Torabhaig distillery faces the sea. A stream flows nearby, providing the purest spring water.
Built on the grounds of an old abandoned 19th century farm, passionate craftsmen worked to rehabilitate it.
Covered with a removable pagoda roof, the distillery finally came to life in January 2017.
It opens the ball with its very first single malt aged 4 years in ex-Bourbon casks: Torabhaig 2017 The Legacy.
Resolutely peaty, this whisky combines refinement and boldness.
