This AOC Martinique white agricultural rum has been macerated for 18 months in barrels with figs and prunes. Authentic in terms of quality and origin, this Signatures range uses top-of-the-range French oak casks produced by the Rousseau cooperage. Based in Burgundy, France, Rousseau has been making barrels for over 60 years.
